e_auth_bad_device_key _or_pkcs12 for windows 7

Hello,

Looknig for help please with ADE.

Using PC with Windows 7 and Kobo reader.\Can no longer download e-books from library.

Get error: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12.

I have seen others with this issue but I do not understand the fix given, it seems to be for a MAC.

Please help to let me know how to fix this issue on a PC running windows 7.
