I have the adobe digital editions for both my macbook and ipad. I use the app for reading ebooks from school. These ebooks are normally locked. My problem is that i cannot read the ebooks from my ipad even after syncing. I get this message when i try to open : E-LIC-ALREADY-FULFILLED-BY-ANOTHER-USER

so far i have deleted and redownloaded ADE, but i still get the same issue.

I have problem with my Gobi E-Reader and Digital Editions when i upgrade laptops the first book i down load i did not authenticate my device now i am unable to tranfer the book to my device. I were able to read it on my Digital Edition but that have also since stop working iam running om Windows 10

We bought a new computer, the old one was out of order. the new one runs with Windows 10. We installed Reader for PC and synchronisiered with the Sony e-book. Now ican´t neither read all of my books on PC or e-book.It shows:(Digital Rights Management, DRM) you are not allowed.Do you want do follow up by authorizing? If I clipp to YES - I have to enter with my ID. But it doesn´t work.

I would like to read all my books not only 2 of them. Please send information which is helpfull.

Otherwise I will buy an other e-book from Thalia which doesn´t work on adobe-club.

I bought a new computer and try to activate it with my ID. It would be the third devide : 2 computers, 1 eReader. Here is the message I get trying to sctivate this devide (free translation from french) : "You canget authorization for that computeronly if you donot usean Adobe IDallocatedto another computeror mobile device. Please try again."

French version : "Vous pouvez accorder une autorisation à cet ordinateur à condition de ne pas utiliser un ID Adobe alloué à un autre ordinateur ou périférique mobile. Veuillez réessayer."

Any solution? I can't transfer borrowed eBooks from this computer (the only one I have now, as i'm travelling) to my eReader.

Hi when I try to print the right hand side is cut off. It was fine until I installed Windows 10 on my laptop. How do I solve this?

Trying to authorize, receiving error message: 'you cannot authorize this computer as you've already authorized another computer with this ID' - what can I do to revoke the old authorization and authorize the current computer?

I bought a book from entitlebooks.com, who has subsequently went out of business. Adobe supposedly took over the drm for them so people could open their book in ADE, authorize with their Entitle credentials, and the drm would be converted to Adobe. I opened ADE (most recent version, on Windows 10). Then I tried to open my book "Your Screenplay Sucks! 101 Ways to Make it Great" An authorization window popped up with Entitle as the ebook vendor. I put my login credentials for entitlebooks.com and I get this error.

Digital Editions encountered an error on the activation server.

The ebook vendor select box is auto set to Entitle and I can not change it or I would have tried changing it to adobe and putting in my AdobeID and PW.

I followed the last url in the error .. https://www.entitlebooks.com/AdobeAuth.. but the server is not found, obviously with them being out of business. Which means I also have no way of contacting them to resolve this issue. I came here to try and find a solution since Adobe has taken over the DRM for Entitle.

In the end, i just want to be able to read the book that i purchased.

I got a new computer (2006 MacBook to new Apple Air) and had all my data transferred. My ADE (v 2.0 something) wouldn't return books, and the library wouldn't download. I tried updating ADE to the newest Apple version, 4.0.3.117... I got all the same error messages. I am unable to open downloaded library books on my computer, "Activation SErver error - code E_ADEPT_INTERNAL Digital Editions encounter an error on the activation server. The library site gives me this error when I try to download a book, "Unable to download Error getting Licens. License Server Communication Problem: E_ACT_NOT_READY". I tried to "Erase Authorization" in ADE on my computer and I get the error, "Unable to Erase Authorization. Please try after some time." When I check on the "Authorization Information" I am told, "This computer is already authorized" and it lists my correct email as the default account.

How do I make this work? I want to be able to borrow library books, again, on my new computer and return them from my computer! HELP!

Digital editions 2 and 3 crashes when trying to return ebooks to library. I'm on Windows 8.

I have an ebook that I purchased that is supposed to be able to load on 6 devices. I have it successfully loaded on one device, but I cannot get it to load on a second device. The second device is a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 computer running Windows 10. The other device is a HP Desktop computer that was running Windows 8.1 when I downloaded the file, but is now running Windows 10 and it works OK.

Why has Adobe Digital Editions 4.0 stopped working? I've uninstalled and reinstalled on two different computers.

Seit 2 Jahren lade ich ebooks der Bibliothek auf tolino Reader. Seit neuestem Meldung: defekte Datei. Bibliothek bestätigt dies nicht. Sagt aber, dass nur ADE 2.0.1 funktioniert. Mein ADE hat sich auf 4.0 aktualisiert. Wie 2.0.1 downloaden?
Ich habe gehört, dass Sicherheitsmängel in den alten Versionen stecken. Aber was tun?

I installed Digital Editions (ADE) about a week ago, to be able to download eBooks loaned by our local library,

This worked ok for the first time last week. However this evening I downloaded teo more eBook ".acsm" files, but clicking on either of them causes the error-

Unable to download

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN

Any idea what could be causing this? My network connection is slow, but it is up and working.
