How to read a book bought from Google Play in ADE?

I recently bougth a book from Google Play and wanted to read it in ADE. My ADE is authorized to my Adobe ID. I downloaded the epub-version of the book, and tried to open it in ADE, but it wouldn't open. It said that it is the wrong vendor ID.

Then I tried to de-authorize my computer and open the book again. Now it worked, but I want to have this book on more devices, so I once again authorized my computer to my Adobe ID.

When I try to open my book now it says: "Unable to download /.../ E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED" (see picture)

Can anybody please help me in this matter?

Support concept from digital editions

All,

I'm working nearly 30 at the IT. Mainframe, Linux.Aix, Windows etc . Middleware and Sap. During the last 20 Years for one of the biggest insurances at the world in Germany. Digital Editions is standard product which you have to use in my understanding, if you like to read newspapers from the public library organisation in Germany. I'm pretty disappointed about the features and support like zoom features regarding this product. If someone asking why ? Because Iur are not able to read the newspaper in the acsm format at the andriod mobile phone.Is it really an surprise in a mobile world that an usual end user have this wishes? How many people haven't not enough money to use  a PC or tablet instead of a mobile phone.l? It is your decision to think of a enlargement from necessary features. But for me it still not usable. Furthermore I found only this forum to address my  point to improve this product. What is rhe strategy behind this support model ? Use it or let it? I provide no official support because I don't sell this product ? This isn't for me  service oriented and quite paintful. In my opinion , If you  improve for this product the service quality you will satisfies a lot of future costumers with a good service concept. You should offer in official service chnanle for this product to here the voice of costumers and end users. You will not need to spend so much money for advertising , which destroy with the existing support concept for digital editions the positive public relationship work for your company. So open an official service changelog to get clothes to your future customers for commercial products ,  as open source companies will show it since more than 20 years.

Erasing authorization with anonymous user ID

Kindly help. The Adobe Digital Editions on my PC is already authorized with a user ID that I can't recognize. I'm failing to erase the authorization because it's requiring me to enter the password; I don't know the password, even the owner of the user ID. Please help

Adobe Digital Reader -- I can't deauthorize an old defunct email address (with a lost password) and this is blocking downloading or reading all new book purchases. Do you know how to deauthorize ore get rid of that old account?

Mon fils a acheté un ebook à la fnac pour me faire un cadeau

il a téléchargé le fichier, et me l'a fait parvenir

mais il est protégé par drm et donc je ne peux pas le lire sur ma liseuse !

comment faire ?

Ich möchte eine acsm-Datei in ebup umwandeln, melde mich bei Adobe Digital Edition mit gültiger e-mail-adresse und Kennwort an und erhalte die Meldung "Anmelde-ID/Kennwort für ausgewählten e-book Anbieter ist falsch" (Bitte erneut versuchen) Was ist zu tun? Mein e-book-Anbieter ist weltbild.

Transferring a Kobe eBook into digital editions

hi there, am hoping there is a fix for this.

 

i purchased an ebook from Kobe - which is supposed to be able to go into digital editions (my prefered ebook reader).

so I got it uploaded OK but I can only view half the page ie top half of the page but not the bottom half.  There is no scrolling capability for some reason.

 

Is there a way this can work?

Bsr, suite PC HS j'ai réinstallé Adobe Digital Edition sur un nvx PC. J'ai téléchargé 3 livres dans ADOBE sur mon PC : RAS. Quand j'ai voulu les transférer sur ma liseuse, 1 livre OK mais les 2 autres impossible, message "CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED. Alors que j'ai acheté ces e-book sur e-Pagine, je n'ai jamais eu de refus de les transférer sur la liseuse, pourquoi 2 livres ne passent pas ?

2e question : puis-je récupérer l'historique de mes e-book sur ADOBE digital edition ?

Authorized Issue

No matter which account I try I can not get it authorized.

 

Ideally whichever account is connected to my kobo be best but I have no idea which one that is.

 

More then likely my oldest two, which I've tried both as well as more recent.

 

Is there a way to find out which account is associated with kobo and how I can authorize it without getting a

 

"Incorrect login ID or password for the selected ebook vendor. Please try again."

 

I pretty much wasted the entire morning on this.

Meine neu gekauften e-books wurden von meiner app auf dem mac nicht in die app auf meinem ipad übertragen, obwohl das ja eigentlich automatisch passieren sollte; der automatische Download ist aktiviert. Hat hier jemand tipps?

Issues with Checked Out Books (Won't Upload)

Hello. I was using Adobe 4.5.9 like usual, checking out books from my local library. However, this morning when I transferred my new books into my authorized Kobo through Adobe Digital Editions, I couldn't open them! It said I needed to re-authorize my Kobo. So I did. Now it said I had to re-re-transfer them so I could open them! So I did. Still the same thing.

 

I remembered having that many issues with the new Digital Editions, so I went and installed the 3.0 version. Now when I try to put my new books into the software, it says : ''Error! Check activation!'' But my computer is ALREADY authorized. And there's no button to de-authorize it.

 

How the heck am I going to read those books now?

Unable to downbload - Error getting license. E_Google_Device_Limit_reached

I received in my email an eBook (as an acsm file) as a present. I'm trying to use Adobe Digital Editions to convert it into en ePub. However, I get this error message:

Unable to downbload. Error getting license. License server communication problem: E_Google_Device_Limit_reached.

 

How can I circumvent this error?

my pocketbook won't show in adobe digital edititon

hi,

 

I have verified my adobe ID both on the program: Adobe digital edition, and on my pocketbook inkpad 3. Still when i contect the pocketbook with USB to the computer, and i launch the program, my device is not showing in the left corner as is should. This then of cource leads to the problem that i can not put any ebooks into my pocketbook.  I tried to use calibri, it's a great program BUT i can not use it for ebooks i have bought because they are DRM protectet, so i need this program to read my ebooks.

 

I also get my ebooks into the program, and can read them from the compture, but what am i then going to do with the pocketbook.. so,

 

Are there anybody that knows how (or have the same problem) make adobe digital edition to reconize my device?

Ade not launching

Recently I purchased actuarial material from acted which had to be accessed from ade. But suddenly ADE has stopped launching and I have to get printouts of the material to prepare for the exams. Also I cant get printouts from other system as it can be only done from the system on which the material is first downloaded. What should i do?

Adobe Digital Editions - unable to download on Windows 10 Home in S mode

Recently bought a laptap running Windows 10 Home in S mode, in which I can only download from the Microsoft store.  I cannot download Adobe Digital Editions.  Any idea as to how to download it (I do not wish to opt out of S mode) or know of some other program that opens acsm files?
